Who is this posing coaching service for?

This service is designed for athletes in the Bikini Fitness, Wellness, and Fit Model categories of the IFBB Federation. I also work with Bodyfitness athletes who aim to improve their elegance and stage presence.

What is included in an individual online posing lesson?

The individual lesson is conducted via video call (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.) and lasts approximately one hour (60 minutes). It includes live technical corrections, mentoring, and personalized tips. I don't strictly watch the clock; if we need a few extra minutes to clarify a concept, we will do so at no extra cost.

Should I choose a Single Lesson, a Bundle, or a Monthly Plan?

If you are experienced and just want to polish details or get a quick assessment, the Single Lesson or the Lesson Bundle is ideal. If you are a beginner, need a significant transformation, or want continuous monitoring with unlimited video reviews and daily support, I highly recommend the Monthly Plan.

What is the Fast Posing Check service?

The Fast Posing Check is a 30-minute video call focused solely on reviewing your mandatory poses. It is perfect for quick, expert feedback right before a competition if you don't need a full hour lesson.

What is the difference between the Monthly Plan for New vs. Returning Clients?

For new clients, the first month includes a comprehensive written report with an initial analysis and a personalized guide. For returning clients who have already worked with me, this initial report is not needed, so the monthly rate is reduced while maintaining the same level of full support and lessons.

How do payments and bookings work?

For single lessons and packages, you can book directly through my calendar. For monthly plans, payment is 100% secure and can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Once the payment is completed, I will contact you to request your initial videos and schedule our first session.
