Custom Video Creation (IFBB STAGE)
As an official media outlet certified by the IFBB, we offer custom stage video packages from competitions through our online store.
Shipping: Specific editing conditions and delivery timeframes are detailed on each competition's product page.
Refunds: You have 30 calendar days after the final video delivery to submit a claim if you are unsatisfied. We offer a full refund or an equivalent discount.
Photo Sessions & Projects
We offer portrait sessions, outdoor fitness shoots, confidential boudoir photography, couples sessions, and social/cultural event coverage.
Delivery: High-quality professionally edited digital images are delivered in less than a week from the session date via a secure link to a private online gallery for viewing and download in maximum resolution.
Cancellations & Refunds: Since this is a personalized artistic service, refunds are not granted once the session has taken place. Booking cancellations by the client require a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiting the booking deposit. For outdoor sessions, in case of adverse weather conditions, the shoot will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Special pre-announced campaigns are governed by their own specific terms, and custom projects are defined contractually.
Online Courses & Webinars (IFBB ACADEMY)
We are an official authorized partner distributing educational courses and webinars from the IFBB Academy.
Shipping: After purchasing, we notify the IFBB Academy. Access credentials and course materials will be emailed to you within 1 to 7 calendar days.
Refunds: We handle registration queries. Any issues related to the actual course content must be submitted directly to the IFBB Academy.
Affiliate Products (AMAZON)
We recommend and promote sports gear and supplements using the Amazon affiliate program.
Shipping: Orders are shipped and processed directly in accordance with Amazon's logistics policy and delivery timeframes.
Refunds: Since we do not process the sale or hold stock, any claims regarding product quality, damage, or delivery must be submitted directly to Amazon's customer support.
