🏆 2. IFBB Posing Evaluator (1 Credit)
You can upload photos from your device or capture them live with your camera. For the AI to calibrate your IFBB score accurately without misjudgments, all photos (uploaded or live) must meet these essential requirements:
📐 1. Strict Frontal Perspective (No diagonal or side angles):
The camera must be positioned straight in front of you at chest/hip height. Photos taken from a side angle, high angle (from above) or tilted diagonally will distort muscle symmetry and cannot be evaluated properly.
💡 2. Good & Uniform Lighting:
Ensure bright, clear and uniform lighting. Avoid heavy backlight, extreme dark backgrounds or harsh shadows that obscure muscle definition and separation lines.
🧍♀️ 3. Full Body & All Limbs Visible (Head to Toes):
The entire body must be visible in frame from the top of the head down to the tips of the shoes. Do not cut off hands, elbows or feet, as judge criteria strictly checks stance width and arm placement.
👠 4. Stage Heels Mandatory:
Always wear official stage heels. Posing barefoot or in flat shoes alters pelvic tilt, lumbar arch and glute muscle engagement.
📸 Instructions by Capture Method:
- 📁 If uploading photos from your gallery: Select clean, unedited photos that meet the 4 rules above. Avoid selfies in the mirror or wide-angle distortions.
- 📷 If taking photos with live camera: Mount your phone/webcam vertically on a tripod or stable shelf at chest height, step back 2.5–3 meters so your whole body fits in frame, and take the shot.
