3. Visibility Services for Providers
We offer a paid subscription advertising service ("The Service") consisting of an online platform for fitness professionals and brands ("The Provider") to gain exposure to competing athletes.
Essential Conditions:
- No Intermediary Role: tenuncuerpo10.com acts strictly as a visibility and advertising platform. We do not act as an agent or representative in the final transaction or contract between the athlete and the Provider.
- Subscription Plans: Plans are paid on a one-time fee basis with a defined duration ("Events Pack", "Calendar PRO", "Premium", "Sponsor"). The service does not renew automatically.
- "Events Pack" Subscription: The Provider has a maximum of 365 calendar days from purchase to select the events included. Visibility terminates once the last selected event concludes, even if the 365 days have not elapsed.
- Uptime Guarantee: If, due to technical errors directly attributable to our platform, the website is unavailable for more than **5% of the time in a consecutive 30-day period** (approx. 36 hours), the Provider may request an extension of their subscription proportional to the downtime.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
Videos and Courses
Videos: Clients have 30 calendar days from delivery to submit a claim for technical issues. We offer a full refund or a discount voucher of equal value for another video.
Courses: Booking issues are handled by tenuncuerpo10.com. Academic or curriculum claims will be forwarded directly to the IFBB Academy as the course provider.
Providers & Withdrawal Exclusions
In accordance with **Article 103 of Spanish Law 3/2014, of March 27**, on the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun.
By subscribing and gaining immediate access to the provider control panel, the Provider consents to the immediate start of execution, waiving their right of withdrawal or pro-rata refund upon cancellation.
Photo Sessions and Custom Projects
Client Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or postpone an individual photoshoot session without penalty. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the forfeiture of any booking deposit.
Adverse Weather Conditions: For outdoor shoots, if extreme weather prevents the session from being carried out with appropriate technical and artistic standards, the shoot will be rescheduled to another mutually agreed date at no additional cost.
Special Campaigns & Projects: Sessions booked under specific campaigns, seasonal promotions, or pre-announced events are subject to the specific cancellation rules defined for that campaign. Custom, commercial, or events assignments are governed by the specific milestones and terms detailed in their budgets/contracts.
* Due to the artistic, highly personalized, and made-to-order nature of completed photoshoots and custom coverages, refunds are not available once the service has been rendered.
5. General Website Terms of Use
Access to our website is mostly free and open. Optional registration with an email and password is required for specific tools and offers.
User Obligations:
- Keep access passwords strictly confidential and secure.
- Refrain from using the website for illegal purposes, spam, or activities that violate public order.
