I am IFBB press member, and I will have the competitors list, so please, indicate the correct name of the athlete or athletes and category to locate your videos.

If you have some more information that can help, as your competitor height or weight, you can put it in the additional information when making the purchase.

If you compete in two categories or if you buy together with another athlete, you'll get a 10% discount.
If you buy together with two or more athletes, you'll get a 20% discount.
The discount will be automatically applied to the cart only if the person making the purchase is registered at tenuncuerpo10.com.
If you buy videos for two or more athletes, you must specify each athlete's name in the "Additional Information" section before making the payment.

The videos are recorded in Ultra High Definition  (4K)

Every athlete who purchased videos will receive:

• If you chose “COMPLETE PERFORMANCE” Your complete performance in TV format with stage sound (comparisons, T-walkings, awards) and your 2 T-walk (dress and swimsuit)in Reel format
• If you chose T-Walk Reel  Your 2 T-walk (Dress and Swimsuit) in Reel format in silence (so you can chose your preferred music in your networks)

A personalized link will be delivered to download the video at the email address provided when making the purchase. The video will be stored in a secure site such as Dropbox, OneDrive or similar.

The delivery of the link will be made between 4 and 15 calendar days after the last day  of the championship or after your purchase if you bought your video after the end of the championship. The videos are made in order of orders, that is, people who bought them before will receive the videos before.

The link will be available for 30 days from the day you receive the email. During those 30 days you can download the videos as many times as you want.

 I know that the images are important to you and I will try to deliver the videos to you as soon as possible.

When you download the videos it is your responsibility to save them in a safe place.

The videos are available on the link I sent you for 30 days after you receive it, after this the videos will be deleted.

If you want a copy of the video after those 30 days you will have to buy it again since I will have to do the work again.

If in the process of creating your videos it is detected that any image is missing or has a defect, we will inform you so that you decide if you prefer the return of the money or the video with the available content.

If there is a problem with the images, loss or technical failure and it is not possible to deliver it, the money will be refunded.

For videos purchased in advance (“Pre-order” mode) the amount paid will be refunded if the championship is suspended, or the athlete could not compete. (The money will not be refunded if the athlete competes even if is eliminated in the elimination round)

As specified above, the videos contain only your performance, not the entire category.
