Privacy Policy, Data Usage, and Official Technical Support

How do we process your photos & Artificial Intelligence?

To provide the technical posing evaluation feature, the application transmits user-captured images to the Google Gemini API (Google LLC). This transmission is carried out over secure, end-to-end encrypted HTTPS connections.

  • Data Sent: Only the 4 photos taken during the posing session (Front, Left Profile, Back, Right Profile). No personal identifying user data (such as name, email address, or account identifiers) is shared with the AI service.
  • Use and Storage: Google Gemini processes the images solely to analyze posture, symmetry, and alignment. Images are not stored permanently on Google's servers and are not used to train Google's public models.
  • Data Protection: Google LLC provides a level of data protection equivalent to that required by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Face Data: The application does not collect, process, or store face data, face mapping, or perform facial recognition. The analysis is strictly limited to body posture, symmetry, and joint alignment.

Local PDF Generation: PDF evaluation reports are generated 100% locally and offline on your device's processor. No photos or data are transmitted outside your phone to create this document. Sharing the PDF is a voluntary action initiated solely by you.

App uninstallation impact: Your posing photos are saved only in your private local storage (Gallery or the app's local SQLite database). If you uninstall the app, this local history will be permanently deleted. Your purchased credits and rankings remain secure in the cloud linked to your account.

Profile data & Storage

We only store the data necessary to manage your profile, your global rankings, and synchronize your purchases securely on our secure cloud servers (located in the EU/US) database:

  • Identification: Your authentication email address (Google Sign-In or Apple ID).
  • Public Profile: Your public nickname for global leaderboards and your country.
  • Analytical History: Your posing scores and evaluation history (saved anonymously for ranking statistics).
  • Transaction Management: We use RevenueCat to validate and sync your subscriptions and credit packs without storing financial payment details.

Data Controller & User Rights

The data controller responsible for your personal information is Juan B. Morales, owner of the fitness and training platform TenUnCuerpo10.com.

In strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction, or erasure of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly at [email protected].

Request Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Posing AI Coach profile and permanently erase your account, you have two immediate options to request data deletion:

Option A: Within the mobile app (Recommended)

Open the app on your phone, navigate to Settings, tap the red **Delete account** button and confirm. Your account will be removed immediately from our servers in our secure cloud servers (located in the EU/US), and your local device database will be cleared.

Option B: Manual email request

If you have already uninstalled the application, you can request manual erasure by sending an email to [email protected]. Please provide the exact email address you registered with. We will permanently delete your profile, posing scores history, and purchases within 48 hours.
