How does your plan work?

Initial Video Submission
When you purchase the monthly plan, you will receive a confirmation email. I will ask you to send me some specific videos to get a first impression of your level and structure.

Full Written Report
Using your videos, I will create a detailed report that will contain:
- General recommendations on quarter turns, presentation, and stage behavior.
- Personalized corrections and recommendations to improve your mandatory poses and your presentation.
- Tips adapted to what judges evaluate according to the latest IFBB rules.

Weekly Work
I will continuously review your progress. You can ask any questions, send me videos for review, and we will hold online lessons (once a week) for live corrections.
For the classes you will need:
- Regulation competition shoes (essential).
- Sportswear (leggings and top) that allows your lines to be seen.
- Optional: Competition bikini for design feedback.
Service Start: Your month will officially begin the moment you receive the initial report and we can start the practical work.
