How do I choose my events after purchase?

After purchasing, you will get access to the Provider Panel. From there, you can see the full calendar and simply toggle 'on' the events you wish to be featured in, up to the limit of your purchased pack (1, 3, or 5).

Do I have to use my event credits within a certain time?

Yes, you have 365 days from the date of purchase to select your events. Your subscription ends after the last of your selected events is over.

Can I buy another pack if I use up my events?

Absolutely! If you use your event credits and want to attend more competitions, you can simply purchase another Events Pack or upgrade to one of our unlimited plans at any time.
