- Professional techniques for applying competition tanning.
- Strategic use of oils or muscle glazes to highlight cuts (without overdoing it).

- Strong contouring techniques to prevent flat lights from erasing your features.
- Designing elegant hairstyles that do not hide the width of your shoulders or back development.

Methodology & Access
Once your payment is processed (within 24h to 72h business days), the IFBB Academy will send you the access codes to the virtual campus to view your seminar.
Study Format
- Intensive on-demand video class (duration between 90 and 150 minutes).
