What do you need for the check?
- Regulation competition shoes (essential to evaluate your real posture).
- Sportswear (leggings and top) or Competition Bikini. The most important thing is that your lines and symmetry can be clearly seen.
- Space and lighting: Make sure you are in a place with good lighting where you can perform your mandatory poses and quarter turns so I can analyze them correctly.
