Hello Ten Un Cuerpo 10 friends,readers, and followers my name is Helga Stibi from Hungary.

I`m an active IFBB Bikini Fitness Athlete, i have a lot of passion and love towards the fitness industry. Currently working as a personal trainer and nutritionist, online coach.

I started competing in 2013, this is my 3rd competitive season as an international athlete.

I played basketball during my school years, it helped me a lot to build an athletic body, so all i had to do is to pay more attention to the tiny details of my body, to get the overall proportioned look to match with the standard of the fitness industry.


My daily motivation :


To earn my IFBB Procard, and to have the honour to compete with the best of the bests at the event that matters the most – Joe Weider’s “Olympia”




Favorite motto :


My goal is to live my dream and truly master life! I work hard every day to reach this level, i`m always excited about the new opportunities on the front of me. This sport taught me to grow trough things instead of just simply go trough it! Every difficulty is an opportunity to get stronger, to develop your character! I strongly believe that the key to succeed is the positive mindset.

Monday – Back / Hit Cardio
Tuesday – Legs / Moderate Cardio
Wednesday – OFF
Thursday – Shoulders / Arms / Hit Cardio
Friday – Hamstring / Glutes / Calves / Moderate Cardio
Saturday – OFF
Sunday – Legs / Moderate Cardio


As you probably noticed, i pay a lot of attention to improve on my legs, i do that for a simple reason, i want to develop my glutes and hamstrings. I`d say most of you know, this category requires those body parts to be well defined.





My diet:


This is the challenging part, because my body doesn`t always respond the same way to the exact same meal plans! The golden rule for me is consistency, i never miss my meals and i`m always prepared! 6 portions from quality clean food daily works out the best for me! I`m a big believer of the blood type diet, i eat for function to get the best possible results! Strictly no junk food!



Supplements playing a big rule of my prep too, bcaa, glutamine, vitamins and minerals, and protein, these are the supplements, i use the most to be able to keep my good gains, especially during my cutting cycle diet.

Right after i`ve seen the first show in my life , that was 3 year`s back , i felt something special . I felt i`m on the right place, i knew it`ll be the part of my life .What is really motivated me was to rich the better physique and of course to live healthier lifestyle, ever since this is the idea why i`m keep doing it.

The moment why we put ourselves through pain and sacrifice everything, to be the best at what we do! I believe you can have anything in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it! Since i started my journey I`m constantly surrounded by great athletes with the same passion, and found many new friends! I found my path in life, and i’m honestly grateful for that!




Team work:


Also very important to be a part of a strong, well organised team, and the right coach can always help you! I`m glad i found mine! Great to be a part of the Fitbalance Berkes Team and being coached by Berkes Laszlo who always help me to improve, both mentally and physically!
